Chandigarh, May 17, 2025: Veteran journalist and author Jagtar Singh’s latest book, Sikh Struggle Documents 1920–2022, was officially released today at a well-attended literary event held at the Chandigarh Press Club.
The occasion was graced by Prof. Karamjit Singh, Vice Chancellor of Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, who served as the chief guest. Eminent journalist Rupinderjit Singh and former Punjab DGP N.P.S.
Aulakh was among the keynote speakers, offering their perspectives on the significance and impact of the book.The stage was expertly conducted by senior journalist Gurdarshan Singh Bahia.
The book, a meticulous compilation of primary documents, traces the religious, political, and social journey of the Sikh community over more than a century — from the early 1920s to 2022.
