PM Modi’s ‘Mann Ki Baat’ reflects voice of the nation: Minister Anil Vij

Chandigarh, May 25, 2025: Haryana’s Energy, Transport and Labour Minister Anil Vij lauded Prime Minister Narendra Modi for consistently connecting with the nation through his monthly radio address 'Mann Ki Baat', stating that Modi is the first Prime Minister to share his thoughts so regularly with the people.
Vij emphasized that 'Mann Ki Baat' is not merely a platform for the Prime Minister’s personal views, but rather a medium that reflects the aspirations, concerns, and spirit of the people.
"This program is aimed at discussing current issues and developments across various sectors to build a more aware and developed India," he said.
The Minister made these remarks after tuning in to the 122nd episode of 'Mann Ki Baat' along with his T-group colleagues at Sadar Bazar, Ambala Cantonment.
- Operation Sindoor:
- The Prime Minister praised the bravery of Indian soldiers during Operation Sindoor, showcasing the valor of the armed forces.
- Naxalism:
- He addressed the continuing challenges posed by Naxalism and reiterated the government’s commitment to tackling internal security threats.
- Environmental Conservation:
- PM Modi highlighted positive developments such as the increasing population of lions, reflecting successful conservation efforts.
- Drone Didi Initiative:
- The Prime Minister appreciated the growing empowerment of women through the Drone Didi scheme, which equips them with modern technology and self-reliance.
- Honey Production and Rural Enterprises:
- Sh. Modi also brought attention to grassroots economic activities such as honey production, encouraging sustainable rural development.
Vij said that the Prime Minister uses 'Mann Ki Baat' as a platform to inspire citizens from all walks of life by sharing stories of innovation, service, and change across the country.
“Each episode aims to motivate individuals and communities to contribute actively towards nation-building,” he added.
