  This marks the first time in the state’s history that the Assembly’s proceedings are being held outside the capital, Chandigarh.
  
  The landmark session, set against the spiritual and cultural backdrop of Sri Anandpur Sahib, signifies a symbolic shift aimed at reconnecting governance with Punjab’s heritage and historical roots.
