  Amritsar, January 9, 2026: Amritsar Police has arrested on Davinder Singh Verka a close associated of former Minister Bikram Singh Majithia for obstructing Vigilance team work during raid at Majithia premises in June 2025.
  
  Verka was produced before a local court who has sent him to two day police custoday.
  
  It is learnt that he works at residence of Majithia in Amritsar.
