  Chandigarh, March 11, 2026: Punjab Assembly Speaker Kultar Singh Sandhwan today said that he will not allow Sukhpal Khaira to speak in Assembly until he tenders apology on his social media post about women.
  
  Meanwhile Sukhpal Khaira has said that he will not tender any apology and instead Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann should tender apology for his story of love affair.
