Farmers Can Apply on Meri Fasal Mera Byora Portal from September 21 to 27: CM Nayab Singh Saini

Chandigarh, September 20, 2026: Haryana Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini said that strict action will be taken if any negligence is found during the procurement of paddy. He said that all necessary arrangements should be made to ensure that farmers do not face any difficulty or inconvenience during the procurement season.
The Meri Fasal Mera Byora portal is being reopened for farmers from September 21 to 27 to submit their applications. Farmers whose verification is pending have been advised to submit their applications to the concerned Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM).
The Chief Minister was addressing a meeting held at the Babain Market Committee office on Sunday. Farmers, arhtiyas, traders, rice millers and administrative officials attended the meeting. The Chief Minister discussed paddy procurement arrangements with the officials and issued necessary directions to the Food and Supplies Department and the Mandi administration.
Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini said that information had been received regarding pending verification of farmers' crops and cases where applications had not been submitted on the MFMB portal. In view of this, the government has directed officials to reopen the portal.
The portal will remain open from September 21 to 27, during which farmers can submit their applications. Farmers whose applications are pending verification should submit a written request to their concerned SDM so that the verification can be completed.
He said that the government has been implementing policies and schemes for farmers since the very beginning. All 24 crops of farmers in the state are being procured at Minimum Support Price (MSP), while farmers growing vegetable crops are being provided the benefit of the Bhavantar Bharpai Yojana.
He said that under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, Rs. 6,000 is being transferred directly into farmers' bank accounts annually. Farmers' crops are also being covered under crop insurance schemes, while agricultural machinery is being provided to farmers at subsidised rates.
Deputy Commissioner Sh. Vishram Kumar Meena, Sarpanch Sh. Sanjeev Goldy, Market Committee Secretary Sh. Gurmeet Saini and other dignitaries were present on the occasion.
