VWS shines at 28th Punjab Taekwondo Championship; Wins 6 Gold Medals
February 19, 205: The talented athletes of Vivekananda World School delivered a stellar performance at the 28th Punjab Taekwondo Championship, securing six gold medals and bringing pride to their institution.
Providing details about this remarkable achievement, Dr. S.N. Rudra, Director of the school, stated that all six participating students clinched gold medals in their respective categories, showcasing their skill and determination.
Gold Medalists winners are - Sejalpreet Kaur (Class 12, Senior Category, 44 kg), Jyoti Kumari (Class 11, Junior Category, 49 kg). Sahibjeet Singh (Class 9, Junior Category, 57 kg). Armaan Singh (Class 10, Junior Category, 54 kg), Avneet Kaur (Class 8, Cadet Category, 54 kg). and Prateek Singh (Class 8, Cadet Category, 50 kg).
Expressing his happiness over the students’ success, Dr. Rudra remarked, “This victory is not just an achievement for our school but a proud moment for the entire state.
