  Punjab Govt has transferred and posted two IAS officers today .
  
  Gurlovleen Singh Commissioner,MC Amritsar has been transferred and posted as DC Gurdaspur in place of Amit Kumar. Amit Kumar has been shifted to Local Bodies deportment, to be posted as Commissioner MC Amritsar and in addition CA, Amritsar Development Authority.
