The program, launched in collaboration with Chetan Bharat Learning (CBL) and coordinated by the District Employment Bureau, is designed to provide completely free, structured, and expert-led coaching for aspirants of the UPSC Civil Services and Punjab PCS Examinations across the district.
The Live Induction Class is scheduled for Friday, July 4, while regular classes will begin on Monday, July 7, 2025.
Key highlights of the course include:
? Daily General Studies (GS) lectures (3:00 PM – 5:00 PM)

? Prelims and Mains test series for continuous assessment
The course is tailor-made to prepare students for the 2026, 2027, and 2028 exam cycles, ensuring a solid academic foundation and access to top-tier mentorship—all at zero cost.
A successful PCS Crash Course already running at the District Employment Bureau has received an enthusiastic response, prompting the administration to introduce this long-term foundation batch. The course will be conducted at Room No. 218, First Floor, District Administrative Complex, Gurdaspur.
“This initiative isn’t just about coaching,” said officials. “It’s about offering hope, guidance, and opportunity to youth across Gurdaspur—especially those with big dreams but limited resources.”
