Raj Malhotra’s IAS announces statewide Special Scholarship test across in Punjab; Details Inside

Chandigarh, November 14, 2025 — Raj Malhotra’s IAS, Chandigarh, a leading institute for Civil Services (IAS & PCS) preparation, has announced a landmark Special Scholarship Test to be conducted across all 117 Vidhan Sabha constituencies of Punjab.
The initiative is dedicated to the 350th anniversary of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib Ji, whose unparalleled sacrifice stands as a global symbol of righteousness, equality, and freedom of faith. The scholarship programme aims to honour his legacy by empowering aspiring civil servants from diverse backgrounds across the state.
Under this initiative, 25 students from each constituency will be awarded scholarships, with the following category-wise selection:
- 5 Scheduled Caste (SC) students
- 5 Backward Class (BC) students
- 5 Economically Weaker Section (EWS) students
- 5 Girls (Open category)
- 5 Meritorious students (Open category)
Across all constituencies, a total of 2,925 students will qualify for scholarships.
Each selected candidate will receive 75% fee assistance on IAS/PCS coaching (online or offline) offered by Raj Malhotra’s IAS.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a bonafide resident of Punjab (registered voter)
- Minimum age 18 years
- Must have cleared the first year of graduation in any stream

Selection Process
The Scholarship Test will be held separately in each constituency, with selections made strictly as per the above categories. Registered candidates will receive detailed information regarding the test schedule, venue, and syllabus.
