NRI Driver who hit Fauja Singh arrested

Jalandhar, July 16, 2025: NRI Driver who hit Marathon runner Fauja Singh has been arrested.
According to Police NRI Amritpal Singh Dhillon who is resident of Canada and had come to Punjab 7 days ago has been arrested. He has admitted that he had hit Fauja Singh. He has also admitted before police that when a large number of people assembled on the spot, he got afraid and fled away. He was returning from Bhogpur after selling his phone. Accused is resident of village Dasupur in Kartarpur Sub Tehsil of Jalandhar.
Amritpal Singh Dhillon will be produced before a local court today.
