Rajasthan Government Promotes 102 Officers Across IAS, IPS, and IFS Cadres
Jaipur, January 4, 2025: The Rajasthan government has announced promotions for a total of 102 officers across Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Police Service (IPS), and Indian Forest Service (IFS) cadres, aiming to recognize their contributions and enhance administrative efficiency.
IAS Cadre: 28 officers have been promoted to higher grades, including Principal Secretary, Additional Secretary, and other senior positions.
- IPS Cadre: 45 officers have been elevated to new ranks, such as Additional Director General (ADG), Inspector General (IG), and Deputy Inspector General (DIG).
- IFS Cadre: 29 officers have been promoted to senior roles, reflecting their dedication to environmental and forestry governance.
The list of promoted officers includes experienced administrators, law enforcement leaders, and forest officers who have played pivotal roles in governance and public service.
This large-scale promotion exercise reflects the state government’s commitment to rewarding excellence and ensuring a robust leadership pipeline across departments. The newly promoted officers are expected to take charge of their upgraded responsibilities shortly.
