  New Delhi, February 3, 2025: Arshad Ayub Sheikh, a 2013-batch IAS officer of the Arunachal Pradesh-Goa-Mizoram and Union Territory (AGMUT) cadre, has been appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT) under the Central Staffing Scheme.
  
  His tenure will extend until October 31, 2028, or until his superannuation, whichever comes earlier.
