Punjab MC Polls: Rana Inder Pratap hails victory in 7 wards of Sultanpur Lodhi, calls it a mandate of trust

Sultanpur Lodhi (Punjab), May 29, 2026: Independent MLA from Sultanpur Lodhi, Rana Inder Pratap Singh has expressed gratitude to the people after a strong electoral performance in which his supporters secured victory in seven wards of the constituency.
In a statement, he said the result reflects the “immense love, unwavering trust, and strong support” of the people, adding that the victory belongs collectively to party workers, supporters, and voters who backed a vision of development, honesty, and public service.
He described the mandate as a reflection of public confidence in his leadership and assured that it would further strengthen his commitment towards constituency development and people-centric governance.
Rana Inder Pratap Singh said he would continue to raise issues related to public welfare and development, emphasizing that no effort would be spared for the overall progress of Sultanpur Lodhi, including all the wards that registered victory.
Congratulating the winning candidates and residents, he called the result a strong example of democratic participation and unity among the people of the constituency.
