Historic ‘Badlav Rally’ at Killi Chahal Marks a Decisive Moment in Punjab Politics: Sukhminderpal Singh Grewal Bhukhri Kalan
Ludhiana / Punjab: 14 March 2026- National BJP leader, Advocate Sukhminderpal Singh Grewal Bhukhri Kalan expressed heartfelt gratitude and deep respect to Amit Shah for visiting Punjab and addressing the historic ‘Badlav Rally’ at Killi Chahal on March 14. He said that the rally will be remembered as a decisive moment in the political landscape of Punjab and will mark the beginning of a new chapter in the state’s politics.
In a press statement here today Grewal said that the massive gathering of villagers at the BJP rally clearly demonstrated that the political atmosphere of Punjab is changing rapidly. Grewal said that the land of Moga district especially the historic village of Killi Chahal once again became a witness to political history. He said that for the first time the Bharatiya Janata Party organized such a massive rally in Punjab on its own strength which reflects the growing roots and expanding support of the BJP among the people of the state.
Grewal said that the inspiring and visionary address delivered by Union Home Minister Amit Shah infused new confidence and political energy among BJP leaders workers and supporters across Punjab. He said that Amit Shah is widely regarded as the Chanakya of Indian politics and that his speech not only highlighted the challenges faced by Punjab but also presented a strong roadmap of hope development and stability for the future of the state.
He said that Punjab today is facing serious challenges such as drugs gangsterism and unemployment and that the people are looking for decisive leadership and honest governance. Grewal said that Amit Shah’s address was not merely a political speech but a sincere message of hope for the youth farmers traders and every section of society who aspire for a peaceful prosperous and progressive Punjab.
Grewal further said that Amit Shah also raised serious concerns regarding religious conversions and the divisions they may create in society. Grewal said that from a political perspective the rally delivered a very clear and historic message that the phase of playing the role of a junior partner in Punjab politics has ended and that the BJP is fully prepared to contest all seats in the state on its own strength in the upcoming Assembly elections.
