BJP’s ‘Badlaav Rally’ in Moga draws huge support; Pritpal Singh Baliawal welcomes Amit Shah

Ludhiana (Punjab), March 15, 2026: A large number of workers and supporters of the Bharatiya Janata Party from the Sahnewal constituency participated in the party’s massive ‘Badlaav Rally’ held in Moga on Saturday.
The rally was attended by Union Home Minister Amit Shah as the chief guest, who was warmly welcomed upon his arrival by senior BJP leader and Punjab spokesperson Pritpal Singh Baliawal. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from party workers and supporters from across the Sahnewal region.
According to party leaders, a large convoy led by Baliawal travelled from Sahnewal to Moga, with workers arriving in buses, cars and other vehicles. Participants from several villages—including Ghumaet, Panjeta, Koom Kalan, Koom Khurd, Baliawal, Chaunta, Mattewara, Mangli, Sasrali, Boothgarh, Kanija, Dheri, Kakowal, Noorwala, Mehrban, Jagirpur, Kakka, Bhamian, Mundian, Mundian Tibba, Neechi Mangli and Katani Kalan—joined the rally along with supporters from Sahnewal town, five wards of the Ludhiana Municipal Corporation, and Dhandari.
Baliawal said the strong participation from the Sahnewal constituency reflected the enthusiasm among party workers and supporters. He stated that many people in Punjab are dissatisfied with the performance of the current state government and are looking for a change.
He added that the BJP is committed to leading Punjab towards development and prosperity under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Baliawal also expressed gratitude to party workers, leaders and supporters from the Sahnewal constituency for their dedication and participation, saying their efforts helped make the rally a success. He expressed confidence that the people of Punjab would continue to extend greater support to the BJP in the coming years.
