  New Delhi, August 2, 2025 – Alok Ranjan Ghosh, IAS (Bihar cadre, 2011 batch), has been appointed as Director in the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT) under the Central Staffing Scheme.
  
  His tenure will continue up to February 2, 2030, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
