Breaking:CJP to continue protests until CEC resigns; announces fresh Jantar Mantar march on Sunday

New Delhi, October 10, 2026: The Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) has announced that it will continue its protests until Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar resigns. The party said it would march towards Jantar Mantar again on Sunday.
At a press conference, CJP organisational in-charge Ajinkya Shinde also called for the immediate release of party leader Abhijeet Dipke, claiming that his family had been unable to inform him about his grandmother’s death because they did not know his whereabouts.
“His family is unable to reach him, and even his lawyers have not been able to contact him. Delhi Police should release him immediately,” Shinde said.
The party reiterated that its agitation would continue until its demand for Kumar’s resignation was met.
