Dr. Parvinder Singh assumes charge as Vice Chancellor of Lamrin Tech Skills University, Punjab

Nawanshahr (Punjab), March 4, 2025 – Prof. Dr. Parvinder Singh has officially assumed the office of Vice Chancellor at Lamrin Tech Skills University (LTSU) Punjab.
A distinguished academician with a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Panjab University, Chandigarh, Dr. Singh brings with him over 39 years of experience in academics and administration.
On his joining, he was warmly welcomed by Dr. Sandeep Singh Kaura, Chancellor of LTSU Punjab, along with senior university officials. Dr. Singh has been honored with several prestigious awards, including the N.E. Asia Fellowship, U.T. Merit Scholarship, Chandigarh Rattan, Sahitya Council Honors, Global Excellence Teacher Award (GETA 2020), and the Punjab Government's Excellence Award on Independence Day 2024.
A prolific researcher, Dr. Singh has published over 50 research papers in national and international journals, authored chemistry books for Indian universities, and presented research at institutions in the USA, Italy, Canada, and Australia.
Throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in academic and examination reforms, including the implementation of online exam systems, CBCS (Choice-Based Credit System), semester models, academic audits, and syllabus restructuring to enhance education quality. He has also facilitated international MoUs for student internships and faculty exchanges.
Dr. Singh has chaired numerous national and international webinars, faculty development programs (FDPs), and symposiums on education, technology, and research excellence. He has led discussions with eminent scholars, policymakers, and global experts on academic innovation and leadership.
