New Delhi, April 24, 2026: In a significant political development, Aam Aadmi Party Rajya Sabha MPs Raghav Chadha, Sandeep Pathak and Ashok Mittal met BJP National President Nitin Nabin at the party headquarters in New Delhi.
The meeting comes amid a major political shift, as two-thirds of AAP’s Rajya Sabha MPs have announced their decision to merge with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), marking a significant setback for AAP in the Upper House.
According to sources, the leaders discussed formal procedures related to their merger and parliamentary alignment with the BJP.
