Phoolka to resign from Vidhan Sabha on Friday
Chandigarh, October 11, 2018 : Senior advocate and AAP MLA H S Phoolka has announced that he would definitely resign from Punjab Vidhan Sabha tomorrow on October 12 to protest against the inaction of Captain Government against the persons responsible for Kotkapura and Behbal incidents followed by Bargari sacrilege.
Talking to Babushahi.com from Delhi , Phoolka said he will submit his resignation to the Election Commission of India and would send a copy to the Speaker Punjab Assembly. He said he could not come to Chandigarh because of the court hearing of Tytler case in Delhi court.
Phoolka further said he had postponed his resignation due to the 'stay' on the proceedings by the high court but now it was clear that there was no stay for the government to act against former DGP Sumedh Singh Saini and Badals but the government did not act.
