  New Delhi, March 23, 2025: Isha Kalia, 2009-batch IAS officer of Punjab-cadre has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs.
  
  She is among 35 officers whose appointment at the Joint Secretary/Joint Secretary equivalent has been approved by the Centre.
