  Mohali, September 12, 2020 : A local court here has issued arrest warrants against former DGP Sumedh Saini in Balwant Multani abduction and murder case.
  
  Order issued by Judicial Magistrate 1st Class (Duty) SAS Nagar it directed the SHO PS Mataur, SAS Nagar to arrest him and produce him in court on/or before September 25, 2020 : This order has been issued U/S 364, 201, 344, 330, 219, 120 B IPC.
