Photo Cinema Officer Arvinder Singh retires after 32 yrs of service in Punjab Public Relations Dept

Chandigarh, December 31, 2025: The Information and Public Relations Department, Punjab, on Wednesday bid farewell to Photo Cinema Officer Arvinder Singh, who retired after a distinguished career spanning over three decades.
Arvinder Singh joined the department on August 9, 1993, as a Junior Photographer. His dedication, technical expertise, and passion for photography saw him rise through the ranks, with a promotion to Senior Photographer in 2001, and ultimately serving as Photo Cinema Officer.
Throughout his tenure, Singh played a pivotal role in documenting high-profile government events, state visits, and the cultural heritage of Punjab, leaving a lasting legacy of visual records for the state.
A retirement ceremony was organized to honor his contributions, attended by Additional Director Randeep Singh Ahluwalia, Joint Directors Ishwinder Singh Grewal, Preet Kanwal Singh, and Manvinder Singh, and Deputy Director Navdeep Singh Gill.
The team extended their heartfelt congratulations and gratitude for his exemplary service to the people of Punjab.
