In continuation of the district police's commitment to accessible, transparent, and citizen-centric policing, Senior Superintendent of Police, Faridkot, Gurbans Singh Bains, PPS, conducted a public grievance hearing, during which he personally interacted with members of the public and carefully heard their petitions, complaints, and concerns.
Giving patient attention to every representation, the SSP directed the concerned officers to ensure that all grievances are examined objectively and disposed of in a fair, impartial, and time-bound manner, strictly in accordance with the provisions of law.
He emphasized that every complaint deserves due consideration and that prompt redressal of genuine public grievances remains a priority for the district police.
Gurbans Singh Bains reiterated that Faridkot Police is steadfast in its commitment to maintaining a policing system that is transparent, accountable, responsive, and people-friendly.
He underscored that strengthening public trust through professionalism, integrity, and sensitivity remains the guiding principle of the district police.
The SSP further directed officers to uphold the highest standards of public service, ensure courteous interaction with citizens, and maintain complete transparency in the handling of complaints.
He affirmed that Faridkot Police will continue to work with dedication to safeguard the rights of citizens, uphold the rule of law, and foster a strong partnership between the police and the community.
