Airtel partners with Google to offer 100GB free Cloud storage for postpaid, Wi-Fi users

New Delhi, May 20, 2025: Bharti Airtel and Google have announced a strategic partnership to offer 100GB of Google One cloud storage free for six months to Airtel’s postpaid and Wi-Fi users. The initiative aims to address the growing concern of limited device storage among smartphone users.
Under this collaboration, Airtel users will be able to back up their photos, videos, documents, and WhatsApp chats (on Android) using Google One. The storage can be shared with up to five additional people, and is compatible with both Android and iOS devices.After the six-month complimentary period, users will be automatically charged ₹125 per month, unless they opt out of the subscription.

The move is expected to provide a major convenience upgrade for users, eliminating the need to constantly delete files to free up space.
