- Chandigarh, January 30,2018: Unidentified associates of slain gangster Vicky Gounder have issued threat to kill Punjab Police Inspector Bikram Brar as revenge of the killing of Gounder and his aide during encounter with the police on January 26, 2018.
  
  The threat was issued on the Facebook account of Vicky Gounder Sarawan Bodla.
