Rewari (Haryana), 14 May 2024: In a setback to BJP in Haryana, former BJP MLA from Panipat city Rohita Rewari has resigned from the primary membership of the party. She is likely to join Congress today.
As per information, the whole family of Rohita Rewari will join the Congress under the leadership of former Chief Minister Bhupendra Singh Hooda.
Rohita Rewari was elected MLA from the Panipat Urban seat on the BJP ticket in 2014. She was denied a ticket in the 2019 assembly elections.
