Mohali: Residents' Welfare Society of Sector-69 sets example with community-driven fountain installation

Mohali (Punjab), May 16, 2025: In a shining example of community initiative and unity, the Residents' Welfare Society (RWS) of Sector-69 has successfully installed a beautiful fountain in Park No. 5 with the active participation and support of local residents.
The project, completed entirely at the local level, reflects the Society's strong commitment to improving the living environment for all.The newly installed fountain was formally inaugurated today by Independent Councillor Kuldeep Kaur Dhanoa, who applauded the efforts of the Society.
She especially commended President Rajbir Singh, Secretary Roshan Lal Chopra, Karam Singh Mavi, and their dedicated team for their leadership and dedication to community service.

Former Councillor Satvir Singh Dhanoa also addressed the gathering, highlighting how meaningful changes in neighborhoods can be achieved when residents work hand-in-hand.He emphasized that this fountain is not just an aesthetic upgrade, but a symbol of collective effort and civic pride.
President Rajbir Singh expressed heartfelt thanks to all members and residents who contributed to the project, reaffirming the Society's commitment to continue tackling key local issues.He added that resolving the ongoing parking challenges in the area would be a priority in the near future.
