Arvind Kejriwal backs protesting farmers on Republic Day violence
New Delhi, January 29, 2021: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) National Convenor and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal backed protesting farmers on violence that broke in parts of Delhi in Republic Day parade.
Taking to Twitter, the leader said that BJP led central government is doing wrong by attempting to malign the image of protesting farmers while blaming them for the violence. He said that the farmers have been carrying out the protest peacefully for last two months.
Kejriwal was replying to BKU spokeperson Rakesh Tikait tweet where the thanked the former for making drinking water arrangements and providing basic amenities in Ghazipur border.
https://t.co/B20DILWzy3
