Pinki joins children holding Candle March for farmers who lost their lives during protest
Ferozepur, January 31, 2021: Remembering the farmers , who had sacrificed their lives during the farmers protests going on in Punjab and at Delhi borders, to rollback, the 3-Farm Laws, Today, a Candle March was organized by children at Shaheed Udham Singh Chowk, when Parminder Singh Pinki, Congress MLA along with local citizens also joined them.
The small children expressing solidarity with the farmer's protest, shouted slogans –Kisan Ekta Zindabad, by holding farmers' flags and candles in their tiny hands.
Parminder Singh Pinki, Congress MLA joining the children said, the Centre government should repeal the three farm laws conditionally, who are protesting at Delhi borders for the last more than two months at Delhi borders. He said, the farmers of Punjab are the biggest contributor to the food bowl of the country. It is very surprising that as to why the central government is not understanding the feelings of farmers and delaying in withdrawing the black three farm laws.
