During interaction with Neelam daughter of Master Gurbax Singh, Plus One Student in Govt. Sr. Sec. School, Gatti Rajo Ke, on a visit to one Master Gurbax Singh’s house, showed the poetry written in Punjabi titled ‘Mera Hindustan’ – wishing for its prosperity.
She said war is not the solution. In case the neighboring country steps forward for this action, India should give a befitting reply and we stand with our forces to support them.
She had also given her performance on All India Radio and got the honorarium of Rs.5000. Dr.Satinder Singh Principal of the School informed that Neelam has the talent of composing poetry instantly on giving her any topic or any personality on meeting even for the first time.
Everything is normal even after Pulwama attack in J&K, in this part of border town villages of Ferozepur. Ferozepuronline.com team observed during a visit to the border towns on Thursday – Gatti Rajo Ke, Hazara Singh Wala, Ulo Ke, Bareke, Machhiwara. There is no tension in almost all villages situated along the Hussainiwala border that had already faced two Indo-Pak wars in 1965 and 1971 rather they are in high spirits.
None of the family has so far shifted from these villages. There is also no such official orders to evacuate the villages. It is not easy to leave the house whose livelihood is only from milking from the cattle.
