India-Canada holds virtual Foreign Office Consultations, reviews bilateral cooperation across sectors
New Delhi, March 24, 2021: India and Canada on Wednesday held virtual Foreign Office Consultations, and discussed various aspects of bilateral relations.
Both sides also discussed steps to further strengthen the bilateral collaborations.
Secretary (East) and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Canada Marta Morgan co-chaired India-Canada Foreign Office Consultations.
It is to be mentioned that in December last year, India had decided to put off the Foreign Office Consultations, the move that came Canada Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s made a comment of the ongoing farmers’ protest in India.
