Chandigarh: 15 more areas declared as containment zones
Chandigarh, March 31, 2021:
Chandigarh administration declared 15 more city areas containment zones to minimize the rising infection of covid-19.
District Magistrate Mandip Brar today issued orders regarding this and mentioned that the parts of the following Sectors have been made containment zones – Sector 8, 9, 15, 22, 30, 39, 40, 41, 42 and 49. The order regarding this will remain in force till April 30.
The administration also appealed to the residents to strictly follow the covid-19 guidelines.
