UT administration cuts cost of COVID tests
Chandigarh, May 28, 2021:
Chandigarh administration has reduced the cost of both types of COVID tests – RT-PCR and RAT (Rapid Antigen) on Friday.
As per the official information, the cost for RT-PCR test has been reduced to Rs 450 from Rs 900 while for RAT, the cost has been reduced to Rs 350 from Rs 500.
No private labs can charge more than the fixed rates by the administration, reads the order.
