125 more deaths, 3102 new Corona positive cases reported in Punjab

125 more deaths, 3102 new Corona positive cases reported in Punjab

Chandigarh, May 29, 2021: Punjab is witnessing a downtrend in number of deaths and positive cases in a single day as state today reported 125 more deaths and 3102 new Corona positive cases in last 24 hours.

According to health bulletin issued by the department a maximum of 14 deaths each were reported from Ludhiana and Bathinda, followed by 12 in Amritsar, 11 in Fazilka, 9 in Sangrur, 8 each in Jalandhar and Patiala, 6 in Ferozepur, 5 each in Barnala, Mansa, SAS Nagar and Muktsar, 4 in Pathankot, 3 each in Faridkot, Kapurthala and Moga, 2 each in FG Sahib, Gurdaspur, Hoshiarpur and Moga and 1 each in Ropar and Tarn Taran.
