Kisan Morcha among 250 twitter accounts suspended
New Delhi, February 01, 2921: About 250 Twitter accounts have been suspended by Twitter reportedly on the direction of IT Ministry. The suspended accounts included Kisan Ekta Morcha and other accounts related to Kisan Morcha activists or supporters of Kisan agitation.
ANI has reported that the Ministry of Electronics and IT (MEITY) directed Twitter to block around 250 Tweets/Twitter accounts which were using 'Modi Planning Farmer Genocide' hashtag & making fake, intimidatory & provocative Tweets on Jan 30: Sources on Twitter Accounts being withheld.
