Leader of Opposition, Harpal Cheema said, "We put a demand in front of Captain Amarinder Singh that he should take an appointment from prime minister or president of India to discuss issues on ongoing farmers protest. But the CM showed no interest towards our demand. Second demand of our party was that the farmers sitting at Delhi borders should be provided with police security in view of the violence at borders. Captain Amarinder Singh did not paid any heed towards that too following which we decided to walk out.
