Laud doctors and nursing staff for ensuring quality treatment in COVID Care Centre and Civil Hospital
Jalandhar, July 14, 2020: A total of 63 more patients including 19 from Covid Care Centre in Government Meritorious School, nine from local civil hospital, three from IMA facility centre were cured and discharged on Tuesday besides 32 patients completed their home isolation period.
These patients were being treated in Covid Care Centre and Civil hospital under the observation of dedicated teams of doctors and nursing staff led by Senior Medical Officers Dr Kashmiri Lal and Dr. Jagdish Kumar. Three patients were undergoing treatment in IMA facility centre, Shahkot.
Meanwhile, 32 patients completed their home quarantine period today. These patients were directly quarantined at homes under the supervision of health department and successfully completed their active home quarantine period today.
Upon discharged, the patients lauded the services rendered by the doctors, nurses and health workers during the course of treatment in Covid Care Centre and Civil Hospital. They said that taking risk of their lives, doctors and nursing staff used to come and check about their health status during treatment.
They also hailed the state government led by the Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh for ensuring sufficient arrangements for providing quality treatment to the patients suffering from novel coronavirus
Civil Surgeon Jalandhar Dr Gurinder Kaur Chawla said that the battle against Covid-19 Pandemic is being carried out effectively with the sheer dedication of the health teams and active support of people.
