Sultanpur Lodhi, 8th November 2019 - To mark the 550th Parkash Purb celebrations of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji, High Court Lawyer Harpreet Sandhu who is also Vice President of Sewa Sankalp Society alongwith Punjab Cabinet Minister Sukhbinder Singh Sarkaria, Deputy Commissoner Kaputhala , Baba Seechewal presented his created Portrait of Gurudwara Ber Sahib, depicting “ਬਲਿਹਾਰੀ ਕੁਦਰਤਿ ਵਸਿਆ ।। ਤੇਰਾ ਅੰਤੁ ਨ ਜਾਈ ਲਖਿਆ ।।” dedicate to commemorate 550th Birth Anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev Ji to Hon'ble Chief Minister Bihar Nitish Kumar during his visit to Sultanpur Lodhi to pay obeisance at Gurudwara Ber Sahib the . On this occasion Chief Minister Nitish Kumar hailed Sewa Sankalp Society's initiative to promote environment and religion in a unique way through pictorial vision on the lines of Shri Guru Nanak's teachings.
Vice President of Sewa Sankalp Society Harpreet Sandhu said that the society has been distributing the same portraits to aware the masses about the need to conserve environment as well as taking them close to Sikhism.
