World Book of Records London (UK) honours Vikram Jeet Duggal, DIG Patiala
Patiala, June 14, 2021: Continuous hard work and leading from the front in the battle against Covid-19 by DIG Patiala Range, Vikram Jeet Duggal was acknowledged with the officer received a Certificate of Commitment from the World Book Records London for serving the society during pandemic. Jasvir Singh Shinda Adjudicator and Punjab Vice President World Book of Records London (UK) bestows the certificate to Vikram Jeet Duggal DIG Range Patiala.
Duggal is a 2007 Batch IPS Officer of Telangana Cadre, who is on inter cadre deputation to Punjab and served first as SSP Amritsar Rural and then as SSP Patiala. Police officers have been at the forefront of fighting the pandemic and not just busy enforcing curfews and lockdowns, but also educating public through village police officers and quelling rumours.
