With the increase of autos on the roads, the air is being polluted with carbon monoxide – a toxic air pollutant produced largely from vehicle emissions.
Keeping this in mind, I have developed the bicycle fitted with battery, lights and dummy silencer giving an attractive look to give a message of pollution-free environment, by switching over to cycle, he added. I drive it on charged battery at a speed of 30 km and one-time charge can run up to 70 km, said Pritpal Singh. I have spent about Rs.50,000 in designing this cycle with accessories, just to give an eye-catching look to the people.
I am looking for a job and if I don’t get, I will try to go abroad for higher studies besides looking for a job to be self-dependent. In the meantime, I move in the city on my cycle which has become a source of attraction for auto-owners, to give a message to switch over to cycle to attend to any job locally within a radius 4-5 kms, to give a pollution-free environment, which is being polluted by the burning of fuel.
Not only this, Pritpal Singh has put a tag line on his Whatsapp status – Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance, you must keep moving.
